  • Microwave
  • 13x9-inch baking pan
  • wire rack

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups Bisquick biscuit mix
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans chopped
  • 10 ounces chocolate frosting ready to spread

Instructions

  1. Combine 12 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels and 1/4 cup butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring once during cooking.
  2. Stir in 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk, 1 egg, 2 cups Bisquick biscuit mix, and 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans until just combined.
  3. Spoon the batter into a greased 13x9-inch baking pan and spread evenly.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 24 to 30 minutes, until set.
  5. Cool slightly on a wire rack, then spread 10 ounces Ready to spread chocolate frosting over the brownies while they are still warm.

Notes

If the chocolate isn’t fully melted after 2 minutes, heat in additional 15-second bursts, stirring between each. Bake 24–30 minutes and check for doneness — a toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs. Frost while warm for a glossy, spreadable finish.
